Fully equipped kitchen, Keurig with limited complimentary K-Cups and a spacious living area. Additionally, The Three Kings boasts a generously sized backyard, ideal for outdoor gatherings or BBQ’s. A Ping Pong table was newly added for lots of gaming fun! This expansive outdoor space provides ample room for recreation and relaxation, ensuring that every moment of your stay is filled with comfort and enjoyment.

No Smoking Inside Property
Must be 25 years old to rent
Pets Allowed - Dogs ONLY *under 20 lbs - Mandatory Pet Fee $125 per stay - Max 1 pet
No Unregistered Guests Allowed ~ Must Have Approval from Management to Have Any Extra Guests on the Property at Any Time
We Know Accidents Happen - Please Report Any Damages
Quiet Hours are between 10:00pm and 8:00am
Please Do Not Move or Rearrange Furniture
Check-In & Check-Out Times Are Very Strict *We Do Not Allow Early Check-In or Late Check-Out Times unless Approved by Management
