Despite spending most of her career in the medical field, she made the decision to leave her job and focus on raising her children. Her husband, Joe France, found two homes in Hot Springs, which the couple converted into vacation rentals. Inspired by their success, the Frances expanded their business, acquiring 15 additional properties, a resort, a ranch and a hotel in just three years. In April 2020, France opened Spa City Rentals as a women-owned business.
Beyond the challenges of running a business, Amy cherishes her role as a mother. Amy takes on the challenge of work and family with finesse and is deeply devoted to both. Her rock-solid work ethic and one-of-a-kind personality make her an inspiration to everyone who’s lucky enough to cross her path.”
