We love our furry animals but we have to have rules! For information about our Pet Policies please refer to the individual property listing pages.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm; unless we have arranged otherwise. The next guest is just as important as the one departing, so we also have a strict Check-Out time of 10:00 am. This gives our cleaning crew time to get everything clean & back in order.

After payment is made for the booking you will have 24 hours to cancel your booking with a 100% refund (minus booking fee/deposit). You may cancel up to 60 days prior to the check-in date with a 100% refund (minus booking fee/deposit.) Anytime after 60 days prior to check-in, there will be no refund.

We take pride in providing our guests with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Our rental homes are equipped with an ample supply of bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and make-up remover towels. Each bed is furnished with fresh sheets, pillowcases, and extra bedding for convenience. Our guests are provided with hand soap, dish soap, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, as well as locally sourced soaps from our friends at Buff City Soap in Hot Springs, AR. Additionally, hair dryers are available in each bathroom, and some of our homes are equipped with essential oil shower steamers for added luxury. To cater to our guests' laundry needs, every home is equipped with its own set of washers and dryers, and we offer a limited supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets. We also ensure that an ample supply of toilet paper and paper towels is provided to accommodate our guests' needs.

We will provide firewood for each home with a fireplace/fire pit starting in November of each year.

Yes, we offer Travel Insurance upon checkout.

Our kitchens are very well-equipped & stocked! If there is something in particular that you need please do not hesitate to ask. We are more than happy to oblige.
