Despite spending most of her career in the medical field, she made the decision to leave her job and focus on raising her children. Her husband, Joe France found two homes in Hot Springs, which they converted into vacation rentals. Inspired by their success, they expanded their business, acquiring 15 additional properties, a resort, a ranch, and a hotel in just three short years. In April 2020, Amy established Spa City Rentals as a women-owned business. She hasn’t slept since, but boy, is she living her best life.
Beyond the challenges of running a business, Amy cherishes her role as a mother. Her daughters, her endless source of inspiration, have her tenacity and creativity. Her son, the oldest and the light of her life, keeps her rooted in the joys of life. Juggling work and family can be a real tightrope walk, but Amy takes on the challenge with finesse and sass. She’s all about setting a great example for her kids, showing them the importance of grit, empathy, and adaptability.
