The Spa City – America’s First Resort Hot Springs, Arkansas, gets its name from the naturally thermal spring waters found here. Flowing out of the ground at an average temperature of 143 °F, the thermal mineral waters bubbling from the Earth were believed to have healing properties. Welcome to Spa City Rentals! Exactly as Described!
We had 16+ family members from TX, MS, TN, AR, & AL, to get together for a visit and chose the Hot Springs area. I found Spa City's house online and after emailing them we decided to book it for October 6-8. They answered me quickly anytime l emailed them before we arrived and after. This place is absolutely gorgeous! It was exactly as advertised. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy our visit. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Our entire family was impressed with the location and the house. Thank you Spa City for opening your home up for our family.

House is even better than the pictures
Though the pictures of the property were enticing when you arrive it is even better! A wonderful picturesque setting on the water.
The house was spacious, comfortable and everything worked. It was able to accommodate our gathering of 12 with ease.
In addition to being gorgeous the location is quietly tucked away from the daily activity just a couple miles away. Simultaneously, it was convenient to shopping and activities. Check in and out was easy.
The owner was helpful, responsive and forthright. We had a great visit!!

We loved our stay here! The location is amazing and close to downtown Hot Springs.
It is within walking distance of Oaklawn. It was very clean and we loved the decor. The house had a few extra amenities that we appreciated (shower steamer bombs, k-cups, dish soap, etc.). We will be back! Highly recommend it!
